Prepare scouting reports for 26+ games per season. Use Synergy to break down film and present scouting reports to the team.

Create game-like individual and small group workouts for guards, forwards, and centers.

Support and monitor academic progress and success with the help of our academic mentor. 

Plan opportunities for our student-athletes to engage with community members. Previous partners include the Children Cancer Center, Feeding Tampa Bay, American Cancer Society, and the Special Olympics.

Built the camp business from the ground up. Three weeks of Day Camp for local youth players. Created an Elite Camp that brings over two hundred prospective student-athletes from all of the United States to campus.

Build meaningful relationships with influential alumni and boosters to help strengthen our program on and off the court. 

Coordinate all team travel, recruiting visits, recruiting travel, facilities usage, game scheduling, budget planning and budget management.
